Located inside the Willetton Basketball Stadium, SportsWise Physiotherapy Willetton has been operating since 2009. The practice predominantly services the local basketball community, treating players from the Willetton Basketball Club and the nearby Willetton Senior High School, as well as their families.

There is usually one physiotherapist on duty in a fully equipped treatment cubicle. There is also stock for sale at the practice, and massage therapist Amy Rawlings operates out of the practice as well.
